Each page should link back to the homepage, sitemap, about and privacy pages. Also there should be a few links to related pages too.

With off page optimization, the focus is primarily on getting backlinks to your site. One way backlinks are the best. A great way to get one way backlinks is to write and distribute articles. At the bottom of each article is a signature file where you can add your links. Make sure your links have anchor text that includes your main keyword. This will help you to rank better for those keywords.
